These past few years he has been honoured to be appointed General Manager/Custodian of Phil’s Inn. the New Years Eve party at the Inn got busted by the OPP - noises complaints, fights, underage drinking, and public urination - so most of the town is spending the weekend in the county jail . . . and the prison band began to wail . . .
